Live the thrill of imminent battle with the Glowing Sting, an official Lord of the Rings prop replica!

Fully licensed and authorized by New Line Cinema and cast from the same molds used for the original film's prop, Glowing Sting emits a striking blue glow when orcs venture near. The handle's sliding switch selects three different modes: "OFF," "ON," and "ORC." The "ON" position will make Glowing Sting simulate the sounds of war when struck against other objects. "ORC" mode activates an audible hum and the signature blue glow that announces the proximity of orcs.

Featuring eye-catching Elven craftsmanship, Glowing Sting's blade boasts a brushed metal finish, coated with a trans-reflective silver layer that lends the sword its metallic appearance. The polycarbonate blade's core illuminates brightly at the touch of the mode selector switch, located discreetly on the die-cast metal handle with its silver leaf filigrees inlaid on a wood-grain pattern.

Sharing the exact proportions of the original LotR prop, Glowing Sting's dimensions are: 27" long x 5.5" wide x 1.5" thick. Glowing Sting will warn you of orcs and emit battle sounds for several hours on two "123" 3-volt lithium batteries, which are not included.

The included multi-mode display base allows Glowing Sting to be presented on either a flat surface or hung on a wall, where it will proudly exhibit your sword with its simulated carved stone and medieval-style wrought iron.
