Miyamoto Musashi is of the greatest samurai swordsmen who ever lived. Known for his distinctive style and excellent swordsmanship, he is admired by many. He authored The Book of Five Rings and was the founder of the HyMhM Niten Ichi-ryk or kenjutsu style of swordmanship.

Our Red Shirasaya by Musashi Swords is a great traditionally styled sword at a very reasonable price.  Hand forged with bo hi (sharpened), the carbon steel blade is of astounding quality.  It features notches in the handle so you know which way the blade is facing without looking.  Single pegged with brass habaki and a beautiful rosewood finish on the handle and saya, this sword would make an excellent custom sword project but is perfect just the way it is.  Comes with a black sword bag.
