This is a fantastic tanto.  It features a hand forged blade and prominent hamon with a gorgeous blue ito and sageo.  A lined presentation box and certificate accompany this wonderful tanto which makes a great gift for anyone - especaially a sensei or special student. 

It is traditionally forged and made of high carbon steel blade by the tsukurikomi process.  Its tsuba is wrapped in authentic rayskin and a teal cotton sword.  The wood saya features a deep green lacquer and oxidized copper accents.  This is a fantastic one to add to your collection.
