A stainless steel locking liner wit friction grooves for positive locking with limited access and superior safety. AUS 8 stainless steel blades, chosen for edge retention and enduring, in non reflective frost finish.
Most models feature the “Carson flipper” extension to blade, which helps opening and serve as an additional blade guard. It makes the M16 to easily open when wearing gloves.
M16-14 Big Dog is a heavy, full-size working knife with limited dual grind Tanto-style blade; while M16-13 has a slim contour which is ideal for a variety of carry positions. It resembles a spear point blade with pseudo grind on the top edge. M16-12 little bulldog with a powerful Tanto-style dual grind blade, bestow a lots of power in a compact package.
One hand opening and closing is velvet smooth, due to Teflon bearing at the blade pivot. The two handed thumb studs with checkered surface provide instant gust in any circumstance.
Each model resembles a removable Teflon plated stainless steel gear clip. All M16 models are incorporated the patented Lake and Walker Knife safety, which converts them into virtual fixed blades when engaged. All models of M16 series are well balance and each profile has a purpose.
