Maine’s Anime and Gaming Convention

PortConMaine 2009 is about to begin, starting June 18th. This is Maine’s biggest and longest running anime and gaming convention and it is put on by fans, for fans. With tons of exciting events, if you will be in the area next weekend you won’t want to miss out on this one – and this one is totally family friendly!

Events like a cosplay, anime music videos, two anime theaters, an auction, Extreme Geek, Cthulhu, karaoke, an artist alley, contests, free stuff, DDR, vendors and more will be enjoyed by many.

Guests include Filmmaker and Prop Maker, Christian Matzke; Web Comic Artist, Garth Graham; Artist and Writer, Tom Brown; Podcasters, The 4PlayerPodcast; Web Comic Artist, Andi Wrede of Easy Skankin’; and many more.
